Conversations

How the work takes shape.

The room

Leadership at senior level is carried inside a steady demand for performance. Many of the most important questions a leader holds — about responsibility, judgement, the long-term direction of the organisation — surface most clearly in a space that is theirs alone.

My work begins with creating that room together with the leader. It is confidential in a precise sense: what is said between us stays between us. The only physical record that exists is the invoice. The room belongs to the leader alone.

The tone is calm and present. Conversations are met with openness, professionalism and trust. Within the room, a leader can examine a difficult decision, a pattern that keeps returning, a tempo that has begun to shape the work, or a question that has not yet found its language. The development of the work unfolds over time, as the leader becomes more conscious of their own choices and of how they can activate their judgement at different levels.

The format

Sessions are two hours, every second week, across three months. Two hours is deliberate — in two hours, a reflection can both open and complete. Each session opens with what is present in the leader's work that day.

The setting

Conversations take place in a quiet space in the Copenhagen area, deliberately removed from the institutional environment. Distance from the daily context creates the conditions for open reflection. For those whose schedules require it, a limited number of sessions are conducted remotely.

Who this is for

The practice serves chief executives, board members, founders, and others who carry significant organisational responsibility. It is for those drawn to the kind of leadership that becomes possible when there is steady, sustained ground beneath the work.

An invitation

I open a small number of new advisory-year engagements each September. Initial conversations can begin earlier, so that the relationship has had time to settle before the formal engagement starts. The practice I have built over the years is the culmination of my entire professional life. If you carry the kind of responsibility that would benefit from this kind of sustained reflective practice, a private conversation may be a useful starting point.

Two paths are available.

Three-month engagement — six sessions, two hours each, every second week. The full practice. 60,750 DKK ex VAT.

Single session — two hours, one conversation. For someone who is not ready for the full practice but needs my view on a specific subject. Not a downgraded engagement; a different door. 6,000 DKK ex VAT.
