Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your device so that the site can recognise you when you return. This page describes the cookies this site uses, what they do, and how you can control them.

The cookies this site uses

At present, this site sets no cookies of its own. The contact form submits your message directly to my inbox without storing any identifier in your browser, and the site does not use any analytics, marketing, or personalisation tools that would require a cookie.

If this changes in the future — for example, if a cookie becomes necessary to remember a preference you have set — this page will be updated to list each cookie by name, purpose, category (strictly necessary or non-essential), and how long it persists.

What this site does not use

This site does not currently use:

  • Analytics cookies that identify individual visitors.
  • Marketing or advertising cookies.
  • Social media tracking cookies.
  • Cross-site or third-party personalisation cookies.

If that changes in the future, this page will be updated and a cookie banner will be displayed so you can consent or decline before any non-essential cookies are set.

How to control cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings at any time. If a cookie banner is shown in the future, you will also be able to accept, reject, or customise non-essential cookies directly from it. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of a website work.
