Privacy

This site is operated by Impact for The People ApS (CVR 44253461), based at Vedbæk Stationsvej 37A, 2950 Vedbæk, Denmark. I, Mia Wagner, am the data controller.

This page describes how I handle the personal information you may share with me through this site. It is written in plain language because the work I do depends on trust, and trust depends on clarity.

What this site collects

The site collects personal information only through the contact form: your name, your email address, your role, your organisation, and your message. That is the entire list. There is no separate sign-up, no newsletter form, no behavioural tracking that collects identifying information.

Why I collect it

So that I can respond to your inquiry, and so that we can consider together whether further work makes sense. That is the entire purpose.

Legal basis

I process your information on the basis of legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) — specifically, the interest of corresponding with a senior leader who has chosen to reach out. If you write to me, you are inviting that correspondence, and I respond.

Who has access to your information

I read each note myself. Nobody else in my practice reads them.

The technical infrastructure that delivers your message to my inbox is operated by Lovable (lovable.dev), who hosts the site, and by a transactional email service connected to the subdomain notify.impactforthepeople.com. Both are necessary for the form to work. They do not read your messages or use your information for any other purpose.

How long I keep your information

Until we have finished the conversation that began with your inquiry, and a reasonable period afterwards. In practice this is usually no more than 24 months. I do not maintain a long-term database of inquiries.

If you ask me to delete your information, I will do so — unless I have a legal obligation to keep it for accounting reasons, in which case I will explain why.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to know what information I hold about you, to ask me to correct it, to ask me to delete it, to object to my processing it, and to receive it in a portable form.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.
