Practice

Ways of working where thinking is explored through experience.

Clay & Leadership

A small group practice using clay as a way to explore control, resistance and form in leadership. The material does not follow instructions — it responds to pressure, timing and attention. Working with it reveals patterns in how we lead.

Camino

A walking-based format over several days on the Camino de Santiago. Movement, landscape and sustained conversation create conditions for thinking that are not possible in a meeting room. The pace is slow. The questions are not.

Conversations

Ongoing, confidential work with a small number of leaders and organisations. Long-form, precise and situational. Fewer than ten clients at any time. No frameworks, no templates — only what is needed.
